Harrison is by far one of the most knowledgeable when it comes to product knowledge and training. He’s been an asset to our organization helping offices grow in many different cities across the united states. In our Las Vegas office he has set records in sales himself as well as led the rest of the team to record breaking sales in a week. We are glad to see him running his own office and expect big things out of Sacramento.
Who in the business do you admire most?
The person I admire in the business most is Zach Shuck because of how he is able to motivate people. He is always focused on big picture, and has a clear vision at all times.
What advice would you give to someone new in the business?
My advice to someone new in the business would be to save all notes and handouts given and collect them and store them. Everything you need to know is taught to you slowly but surely and you need to save and use all materials instead of trying to reinvent the wheel.
Short term goals
My short term goals are to build more team leaders and have a stronger team.
Long term goals
My long term goals are to promote out 2 outside deals by year end and make it to regional consultant within two.
